During our romantic escape, we were impressed by the level of service provided by the staff at this hotel. They were friendly, efficient, and always willing to assist us with our needs. the hotel also had a convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and popular attractions in the city. We particularly enjoyed the fact that it was within walking distance of COEX, which made it convenient for us to explore the area. Additionally, the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a cozy atmosphere for our stay.

One aspect that we didn't particularly like was the size of the rooms. They were quite small and didn't offer much space for a couple on a romantic getaway.

The airport bus station is right opposite the hotel, and there are two metro stations nearby, making it easy to get around the city. The rooms are well-equipped with comfy beds and complimentary toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers basic amenities like a water boiler, allowing guests to relax and enjoy their time in the room. The breakfast at the hotel offers reasonable food options, providing a good start to the day.

Another great feature was the hotel's proximity to the subway stations, making it easy for us to explore the downtown area. The location was perfect, with great restaurants catering to many different tastes nearby. it was close to the COEX conference center, which was very convenient for me. The service at the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast, although basic, was decent and clean. The room was modern and neat, providing all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The view from the room was fantastic, overlooking the bustling city. I also appreciated the convenience of the airport bus station right opposite the hotel, making my transportation to and from the airport hassle-free.

The gym facilities could use some improvement in terms of equipment maintenance and variety.

The location of Ibis in the Gangnam area was perfect for exploring Seoul. We were able to easily access the Coex shopping center, which offered a great variety of food options and opportunities to meet new people. The hotel had excellent transportation options, with buses, subways, and taxis always available right outside. The rooms, although small, were comfortable and the maid provided us with everything we needed. The free breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide range of choices and excellent service. I highly recommend this hotel for couples traveling to Seoul.
